Inspiring Holistic Living through Continued Learning & Fostering Practical Spirituality
What are integral studies?
Integral studies are rooted in a philosophy that values practical wisdom and spirituality as valid pathways to knowledge. Integral studies acknowledge the value of scientific research and various disciplines and traditions; while also acknowledging the intrinsic value in embodied wisdom and spirituality. Integral studies seek to integrate all aspects of knowledge taught in various fields of study, religions and spiritual traditions.
